Dear Seller,

I am buying this fan and going to the cart to pay it puts this message below "The total sum is less than the minimum order US$ 7.00, shipping charge would be applied."

Two things here. First, there is a "Free Shipping" on this item so there would not be any shipping cost because I don't see any condition. Second, even with the condition applied, (like minimum $7.00 for free shipping), the cost of the fan is $20.00. Therefor, please fix this problem so that I can go with the rest of the process.
